We are building a fast-moving, execution-driven startup and looking for someone who can work closely with the founder to drive daily operations and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
Role Description
We are hiring a highly proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the Founder and support across operations, vendor coordination, hiring, and execution tracking.
This is a high-ownership, high-learning role — ideal for someone who wants exposure to building a startup from the ground up.
👤 Candidate Profile
- She should be a Graduate (Business / Interior / Engineering preferred)
- She should have 1–2 years experience (startup or ops role preferred)
- She should have Strong communication skills
- She should have Excellent organization & multitasking ability
- She should have Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets
- Comfortable with fast-paced environment
- Open to travel multi cities
Key Resposibilites:
🔹 Founder Support
- She has to Manage calendar, meetings, and travel planning
- She has toPrepare meeting agendas and track action items
- She has to Handle emails, follow-ups, and coordination
- 🔹 Execution & Follow-ups (MOST IMPORTANT)
- Track daily tasks across teams (tech, ops, vendors)
- Ensure timelines are met and follow-ups are closed
- Flag delays, issues, and bottlenecks proactively
🔹 Vendor & Operations Coordination
- Coordinate vendor meetings and onboarding
- Maintain vendor database and status tracking
- Follow up for quotations, agreements, and timelines
🔹 Business & Strategic Support
- Assist in reports, presentations, and MIS
- Support hiring coordination (scheduling, follow-ups)
- Work on special projects with the founder
- Travel Multi-city as per requirement
Compensation
- ₹25,000 - 30000 per month plus bonus plus laptop plus travelling expenses
