Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, based in New Delhi. The Executive Assistant will manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and provide executive and administrative support. This role involves diary management, prioritization of tasks, and seamless communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the Managing Director's activities and commitments are effectively managed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to manage high-level tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management for organizing schedules and resolving calendar conflicts.
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software tools and technology for administrative efficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and professional approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in providing executive-level support is highly advantageous.
