Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Job Summary
The Executive Assistant will provide strategic and administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring effective time management, smooth coordination, and timely execution of priorities. The role requires confidentiality, attention to detail, and proactive ownership of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, travel, and day-to-day scheduling.
• Act as a liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and confidential documentation.
• Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate leadership meetings, board meetings, and executive communications.
• Support the MD in project monitoring, planning, and cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism in all communications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
1. Time & Schedule Management
• ≥ 95% adherence to MD’s planned schedule.
• Zero missed or conflicting critical meetings.
2. Communication & Coordination
• Timely response and follow-up on 100% of MD-directed communications.
• Stakeholder feedback score on coordination effectiveness.
3. Documentation & Reporting Accuracy
• Error-free reports, presentations, and correspondence (≥ 98% accuracy).
• On-time delivery of all MD-related documents and MIS.
4. Task & Action Tracking
• 100% tracking and follow-up of action items from meetings.
• Timely closure of assigned tasks within defined deadlines.
5. Confidentiality & Professionalism
• Zero breaches of confidential or sensitive information.
• Consistent compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
6. Operational Efficiency
• Reduction in MD’s administrative workload through proactive support.
• Improved turnaround time for approvals and decision-related documentation.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and presentation tools.

Qualifications & Experience
• Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
• 3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior leadership.
• Prior experience supporting MD/CXO will be preferred.
