## Key Responsibilities
### Executive & Strategic Coordination
- Efficiently manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and daily business priorities.
- Coordinate leadership meetings, strategic discussions, presentations, and business reviews.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on critical tasks, deadlines, and executive action points.
### Communication & Business Correspondence
- Draft and manage professional emails, reports, presentations, MOMs, and official correspondence.
- Act as a professional communication bridge between the Director’s office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Maintain clear, timely, and effective communication across departments and business functions.
### Operational & Business Support
- Assist in tracking business operations, ongoing projects, and organizational priorities.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth execution of directives and timelines.
- Maintain confidential business records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and discretion.
### Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Professionally manage interactions with clients, channel partners, senior management, and external associates.
- Represent the Director’s office with professionalism, confidence, and business etiquette at all times.
### Travel & Office Management
- Organize meetings, conferences, travel schedules, itineraries, and hospitality arrangements whenever required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day coordination and functioning of the Director’s office.

## Candidate Profile
### Experience
- 1–8 years of relevant experience in Executive Assistant, Executive Coordination, or senior leadership support roles.
- Prior experience working directly with Directors, Founders, or senior management professionals will be highly preferred.
### Educational Qualification
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline from a recognized institution.

- Monthly Salary Range: Upto Rs.45,000
- Compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s experience, communication skills, professional presentation, and overall suitability for the role.
