Executive Assistant cum Travel Desk Executive
Location: Noida, Head Office
Experience: 10-15 years (Projects/Engineering background preferred)
About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Director. You'll manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare presentations, and handle all executive-level administrative needs with precision and discretion.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage Director's calendar and coordinate meetings
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and executive presentations
- Book and coordinate official travel (flights, trains, buses)
- Maintain filing systems and contact lists
- Support HR, Admin & Legal departments
- Handle sensitive information with high integrity
- What You Need10-15 years of relevant experience
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Typing: 40 WPM English, 30 WPM Hindi
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Discretion and professionalism
- Shorthand is a plus
