Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing the Managing Director’s schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, and handling confidential information.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating daily activities, and supporting operational and strategic tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to effectively manage high-level responsibilities.
- Skilled in Administrative Assistance and Diary Management to maintain schedules, appointments, and organizational systems.
- Strong Communication abilities to liaise with teams, clients, and stakeholders professionally and effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion and support the Managing Director in strategic initiatives.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with office software, making the corporate presentation and do the data analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
