This is not a conventional EA role. This is a high-trust, high-ownership position where you will sit at the center of decisions, priorities, and execution. You will work directly with senior leadership, manage critical workflows, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

What You Will Do?
Own and manage the Founder's calendar with sharp prioritization
— Drive end-to-end follow-ups across teams and stakeholders with zero drop rate
— Build and maintain MIS dashboards, trackers, and reporting systems
— Coordinate cross-functional activities and hold timelines accountable
— Handle confidential communication with complete discretion and professionalism
What We Are Looking For?
— 2 to 3 years of experience in an EA or senior management support role
— Exceptional English communication skills, both written and spoken (this is non-negotiable)
— Confidence in engaging with CXOs, clients, and senior stakeholders
— Strong command over Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office
— Prior experience supporting a Founder's Office or C-suite is a strong advantage
— A mindset that is proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-first
