About the Role
At 91 Blackboard Advisory, we are looking for a highly driven, business-oriented Executive Assistant who can serve as a trusted partner to the Managing Director. This is not a traditional administrative role—it is an opportunity to work closely with leadership, influence business execution, and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, travel, appointments, and daily priorities.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare agendas, presentations, meeting notes, and executive reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up on action items and business commitments.
Business & Strategic Coordination
- Act as a central point of coordination between the Managing Director and various departments.
- Track strategic initiatives, business projects, and key deliverables.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely execution of business priorities.
- Support leadership with business planning and operational coordination.
Legal & Documentation
- Draft, review, and coordinate contracts, agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and other business documents.
- Liaise with legal advisors on documentation and compliance matters.
- Maintain confidential legal and corporate records.
- Ensure timely follow-up on legal obligations and documentation.
Communication Management
- Draft and respond to professional emails on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Prepare official correspondence, business proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Communicate professionally with clients, investors, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain complete confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Collect, organize, and analyze business data.
- Prepare executive summaries and business insights to support decision-making.
- Identify opportunities, risks, and improvement areas through analytical thinking.
Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Build strong professional relationships across business functions.
- Ensure smooth communication and timely closure of commitments.
Office of the Managing Director
- Maintain complete confidentiality of business, financial, legal, and personnel information.
- Prioritize multiple assignments while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively recommend solutions.
- Represent the Office of the Managing Director with professionalism and maturity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB), Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, Corporate Secretary, Chief of Staff, or a similar role.
- Experience supporting Founders, Directors, CXOs, or Senior Leadership is highly preferred.
- Exposure to legal documentation, compliance, consulting, finance, or startup ecosystems will be an added advantage.
