About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive, business-oriented, and strategic Executive Assistant to work closely with the Managing Director. This role is ideal for someone who can go beyond traditional executive support and act as a trusted business partner in driving operational efficiency, strategic execution, stakeholder coordination, and client communication.
The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to client servicing, leadership coordination, and business operations will be highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Executive Support
- Work closely with the Managing Director on business priorities, strategic initiatives, and operational planning.
- Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, travel schedules, business commitments, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Prepare presentations, reports, business summaries, MOMs, dashboards, and executive documentation.
- Assist in business planning, market research, competitor analysis, and operational reviews.
- Support leadership in tracking business goals, action items, and cross-functional deliverables.
Business Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and management directives.
- Track ongoing tasks, business priorities, and timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in streamlining operational processes and improving coordination across teams.
- Handle confidential business information with professionalism and discretion.
Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with clients, partners, vendors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Support in client communication, meeting scheduling, follow-ups, presentations, and relationship management.
- Attend client discussions when required and ensure proper coordination of deliverables and action points.
- Help maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
Communication & Leadership Support
- Act as a communication bridge between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft professional emails, business correspondence, and management communication.
- Ensure effective follow-up and closure of important discussions and business tasks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Founder’s Office, Business Operations, Strategy, Client Servicing, or similar roles.
- Strong business understanding and strategic thinking ability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong coordination, multitasking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- High level of professionalism, ownership, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, presentations, and reporting tools.
