Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to senior leadership. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex schedules and travel arrangements seamlessly.
The ideal candidate brings a background in concierge services-either from luxury hotels or premium credit card services-and is accustomed to handling high expectations with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, prioritizing appointments, and ensuring optimal time management.
- Plan and execute domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and on-ground logistics.
- Act as a primary point of contact, handling correspondence, calls, and requests with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or travel-related challenges.
- Assist with administrative tasks, meeting preparation, and follow-ups to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in calendar management and travel planning.
- Background in concierge services (luxury hotels, premium credit card services, or similar high-touch environments preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
