Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant to the General Manager role, based in Noida. The Executive Assistant will manage administrative tasks, provide executive-level support, handle expense reports, and ensure smooth coordination of schedules and meetings. The role requires strong organizational skills to optimize the GM’s daily operations, serve as a key communication link, and provide general support with multitasking and prioritization of tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and general office management skills
- Experience in preparing, organizing, and maintaining Expense Reports with attention to detail
- Proven Executive Support capabilities, including managing schedules, meetings, and communications
- Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interfacing with various stakeholders
- Excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent tools
- Prior experience in assisting senior-level executives is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
