Role Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the General Manager for a part-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated administrative and executive support to the GM. Key responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing expense reports, organizing documents, and facilitating internal and external communications. The role also involves ensuring timely and effective support to streamline operations and maintain efficiency in daily activities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to support senior management and streamline operations
- Knowledge of preparing and managing Expense Reports as well as attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Executive Support, including scheduling, document organization, and prioritization of tasks
- Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication, and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism at all times
- Proficiency in using office software tools such as Microsoft Office and organizational systems
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
