Executive Assistant to the Founder – Founder’s Office Ninja
About Nirog Bhumi
Nirog Bhumi is building a global diabetes reversal platform rooted in ancient Indian healing systems, community support, and habit transformation. Our mission is to help people reverse diabetes naturally through behavioral change, naturopathy, yoga, food, fasting, and holistic healing practices adapted for the modern world.
We are an early-stage startup with ambitious goals, fluid roles, and a strong bias toward learning and execution.

Role Overview
We are looking for a sharp, high-energy, highly resourceful person to work directly with the Founder across social media, content, AI tools, client coordination, and digital growth initiatives.
This is not a traditional assistant role. You will operate at the intersection of:
- Content
- AI
- Digital operations
- Community building, and
- Startup execution.
You should be comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in an environment where roles evolve rapidly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- AI & Automation - Use AI tools for:
- Content creation
- Research
- Automation
- Workflows
- Productivity
- Experiment with AI-driven tools for website and app development
- Learn rapidly and stay updated on new AI trends and tools
- Help integrate AI into daily startup operations
2. Client Interaction & Operations
- Handle inquiries and onboarding conversations
- Coordinate consultations and schedules
- Conduct basic sales and follow-up calls
- Support community management initiatives
- Assist with customer communication and operations
3. Social Media & Content
- Manage and grow our presence across YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Start and manage a subreddit
- Write long-form blogs using AI
- Convert long-form blogs into:
- LinkedIn posts
- Reddit posts
- Medium content
- Video scripts
- Short-form content
- Assist in designing social media creatives and campaigns
- Basic editing of reels/videos/posts
- Coordinate content publishing schedules
- Help build the Founder’s digital presence
Who We’re Looking For

You may be a fresher — that is absolutely fine.

You do not need to know everything already.

Compensation & Work Structure
- Salary: ₹20,000 / month during the 3-month probation period, followed by ₹30,000 / month upon successful confirmation
- Work Mode: Full-time, in-office
- Location: Jaipur
- Work Structure: 6-day work week with a flexible, startup-style work environment focused on execution and ownership
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Joining: Immediate / earliest possible
Candidates from Jaipur are preferred, though we are open to candidates willing to relocate.
