🔹 Role Overview:

We are looking for a smart, proactive Executive Assistant to the Founder who can handle both business operations and sales support. This role requires someone who can think fast, act smart, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.


🔹 Key Responsibilities:

- Work directly with the founder on daily business operations
- Manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Handle client communication and coordination
- Assist in sales calls, lead follow-ups & deal closure
- Prepare business proposals, reports & presentations
- Maintain CRM, track leads and update pipelines
- Support in strategic planning and execution


🔹 Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills (Hindi + Basic/Good English)
- Highly organized, proactive & problem-solving mindset
- Basic understanding of sales/business processes
- Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities


🔹 Preferred (Bonus Skills):

- Experience in Sales / CRM / Digital Marketing
- Understanding of SaaS or IT services
