At Venture Crafters, we work closely with founders across multiple ventures—building, scaling, and solving real business problems on ground.
We’re looking to hire a Personal Assistant who will work directly with the founder and get hands-on exposure across different businesses.
Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)
Starting Salary: ₹25,000/month
Growth: Performance-based increments every 3 months
Role will involve:
- Managing schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Supporting day-to-day execution across ventures
- Bringing structure and speed to operations
We’re looking for someone who:
- Communicates clearly and confidently
- Takes ownership without constant supervision
- Can handle multiple things without losing clarity
- Is hungry to learn and grow in a fast-paced setup
Experience is not the key filter here.
Your ability to execute and stay reliable is.
