At Terrapy, we are building a new kind of women’s wellness brand that sits at the intersection of science, ritual, and community.
We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to the Founder who can operate at the center of this journey.
This is not a traditional EA role. It combines executive support, coordination, and early-stage HR exposure in a fast-growing startup environment.
The Job
You will work closely with the Founder across:
• Founder’s Office & Executive Support
- Managing a dynamic calendar and shifting priorities
- Preparing for meetings, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring execution
- Handling confidential communication with discretion
- Supporting founder-led initiatives, events, and collaborations
• Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Acting as a bridge between the Founder and internal teams, agencies, and partners
- Managing email communication and follow-ups
- Coordinating high-priority meetings and interactions
• Operations & Office Management
- Overseeing day-to-day office operations
- Managing vendors, facilities, and internal coordination
- Maintaining documentation and operational systems
• HR Coordination
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and employee records
- Assisting with basic HR processes (attendance, leave, documentation)
• Project Coordination (when required)
- Tracking timelines across product, marketing, and website projects
- Coordinating across teams to ensure progress
- Flagging delays, risks, and gaps proactively

What we are looking for
- 3 to 5 years in an Executive Assistant / Founder’s Office role
- Experience working with founders or senior leadership
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Exposure to HR and/or operations is a plus
- High ownership, discretion, and reliability
