Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative support, manage schedules and calendars, and facilitate communication on behalf of the MD. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities. The role requires a proactive individual who can streamline operations and provide effective assistance in the executive's professional commitments.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance, Administrative Assistance, and Executive Support
- Proficiency in Diary Management and scheduling
- Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
- Proficient in using office productivity tools and applications
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
