Role Overview: We are looking for a sharp, organized, and technically capable executive assistant to support the creative head in daily operations, project coordination, and creative workflow management.
About the Company: GridLux specializes in innovative lighting solutions, offering a wide range of high-quality LED products that enhance both commercial and residential spaces. Committed to sustainability and superior design, we illuminate environments with efficiency and style.
Salary: A 3-month probation period is to be served, which will entail a stipend of ₹12K - ₹15K. After the probation period, a salary of ₹20K - ₹30K will be given.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Coordinate between creative, production, and technical teams to track project timelines.
- Maintain working knowledge of design/editing software to review and follow up on deliverables.
- Prepare presentations, briefs, and reports
- Handle communication and documentation on behalf of the Creative Head
- Track project status across tools (project management software, drives, etc.)
Requirements: -
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Should be tech-savvy
