Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support our COO. This on-site role, based in Ahmedabad, involves coordinating schedules, managing communications, preparing reports, and maintaining organizational workflows. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for creating and managing expense reports, providing administrative support, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of the Executive Office.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in creating and managing Expense Reports
- Strong skills in Executive Support and Communication
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar capacity or working in high-pressure environments is advantageous
