Role Description
We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Alpino Health Foods. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat. The Executive Assistant will handle a variety of day-to-day administrative and executive support tasks, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, managing communication on behalf of the COO, and ensuring operational efficiency in the office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Proven experience in Executive Support
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as MS Office and scheduling software
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
