Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, based in Bengaluru. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing calendars and appointments, preparing and managing expense reports, and coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks. The role will also involve maintaining effective communication and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support tasks
- Strong skills in managing Expense Reports and handling Diary Management responsibilities
- Experience in general Administrative Assistance with attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Professional demeanor, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Prior experience in providing executive-level support is highly desirable
- Job requires travelling
