Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dehgam for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO by managing diary schedules, preparing detailed expense reports, and assisting with key administrative duties. They will also facilitate executive communications, coordinate meetings, maintain organized records, and ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day activities. This role requires a high level of discretion, professional communication, and organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
- Experience in preparing detailed Expense Reports
- Expertise in Diary Management and coordination of schedules, meetings, and appointments
- Excellent skills in Administrative Assistance, including handling confidential documents and correspondence
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- High level of organizational efficiency, attention to detail, and problem-solving capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
- Prior experience in executive-level support roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
