Position Overview
Sahamati is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to partner closely with the CEO and support the broader CXO leadership team.
Based in Bengaluru, this role offers a unique vantage point into one of the world’s most advanced Open Finance ecosystems, the Account Aggregator (AA) framework. The Executive Assistant will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring focus on strategic priorities while enabling seamless execution across internal and external engagements.
While the CEO remains the primary focus, the role will also provide structured and coordinated support to other CXOs on priority initiatives, ensuring alignment across leadership and consistency in execution.
This is not a traditional administrative role. It is a high-impact position requiring strong judgment, structured thinking, technological fluency, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment with discretion and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO anticipating needs, prioritizing effectively, and driving alignment across initiatives
- Provide secondary, structured support to CXOs on key priorities, ensuring alignment with the CEO’s agenda
- Prepare high-quality briefing notes, presentations, and reports for internal and external engagements
- Conduct research and synthesize insights to support strategic decision-making
- Track key priorities, action items, and outcomes across meetings and initiatives
Communication & Stakeholder Management- Draft, review, and manage communications on behalf of the CEO (emails, notes, reports, speaking inputs)
- Support engagement with senior stakeholders across government, financial institutions, and global partners
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and professionalism across all executive communications
Calendar, Meetings & Coordination- Manage the CEO’s calendar with a strong focus on prioritization and efficiency
- Coordinate high-impact meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Support CXO scheduling and coordination where required, while maintaining CEO-first prioritization
- Ensure timely tracking and closure of decisions, deliverables, and follow-ups
Operations & Execution- Coordinate domestic and international travel and logistics seamlessly
- Work closely with administrative teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Enable coordination across CXO offices to ensure effective information flow and execution
Special Projects- Lead or support strategic projects including research, partnerships, and ecosystem initiatives
- Assist in organizing events, conferences, and roundtables involving senior industry participants
Qualifications & Skills
Education- MBA from a reputed business school
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering or a related technical field
Experience- 3–5 years of experience in executive support, consulting, finance, or similar high-performance environments
Core Skills- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- High attention to detail with structured execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sound judgment and unwavering commitment to confidentiality
Technical & AI Proficiency- Strong working knowledge of internet technologies, IT systems, and digital tools
- Proficiency with productivity platforms (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, project management tools)
- Practical working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI), including using AI tools for research, automation, communication, and decision support
- Ability to identify and implement technology solutions to improve executive efficiency

- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
