We are looking for a resourceful, dependable, and highly professional Executive Assistant to the CEO to deliver high-level administrative and operational support. This role is central to enabling the CEO’s effectiveness by managing day-to-day priorities, communications, and confidential matters with precision and discretion. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, and a proactive approach to supporting executive-level responsibilities with integrity and professionalism.

Experience : 5 Years in similar role
Qualification : Graduation/ Post Graduation in Management
Qualification/ Skills:
- Thorough Understanding of the working of a Company whether Private Limited or a Limited Company.
- Proven 5 to 6 years of experience as an executive assistant or secretary role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Highest Level of Integrity, Professionalism, Timeliness, Neutrality and Commitment to maintain Confidentiality
- Strong Organizational, Time management and People skills with additional Ability to Prioritize and Multitask.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good communication skills with required proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare, review, and edit reports, presentations, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reimbursements.
- Maintain organized records and filing systems for easy access and reference.
- Monitor incoming communication (calls, emails, etc.) and prioritize or respond as appropriate.
- Liaise with senior management, board members, clients, and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
- Manage special projects, research assignments, and cross-functional coordination as assigned.
- Ability to work Independently and follow up on all decisions taken by the CEO during the meetings, and keep following up with the responsible persons and also updating the CEO on the Progress on a regular basis.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, travel, and key engagements.
- Coordinate and manage logistics for executive meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- This position involves frequent travel, which may include accompanying the CEO, traveling independently, or collaborating with other team members based on business requirements.
