Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel schedules
Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards
Draft MOM (Minutes of Meeting) and track action points
Coordinate internal and external communications
Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents
Act as a bridge between CEO and various departments
Handle confidential information with discretion
Follow up on key tasks, projects, and deadlines
Key Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel, MIS Reporting, and MOM preparation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Preferred Skills
Experience working with senior management / CXO level
Strong analytical and coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
