Reporting to: CEO
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Work Experience: Minimum 8 years
Qualification: Graduation (minimum), Post-Graduation preferred
Salary (depends on experience & expertise): CTC Rs. 6 to 8 lacs p.a. + allowances + benefits
1. Project Coordination:
· Assist in coordinating special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
2. Communication and Presentation:
· Draft, edit, and proofread emails, reports, and presentations for the CEO.
· Ensure that all communication on behalf of the CEO is clear, accurate, and professional.
3. Administrative Support:
· Handle administrative tasks such as filing, document management, and record-keeping.
· Manage the CEO's expense reports and reimbursement requests.
4. MIS Report Management:
· Develop and maintain a system for collecting, organising, and presenting national Management Information System (MIS) reports.
5. Analytical Tasks:
· Conduct data research and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
· Prepare and analyse various reports, including financial data, enrollment statistics, and operational metrics.
6. Calendar Management:
· Efficiently manage the CEO's daily schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
· Prioritise and coordinate various commitments to ensure the CEO's time is optimised.
7. Report Writing:
· Generate comprehensive reports on all campus performance, trends, and key performance indicators.
· Summarise complex data into concise and actionable reports for the CEO and senior management.
. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports.
8. Comprehension Skills:
· Quickly understand complex issues and provide crisp summaries and recommendations to the CEO.
9. Confidentiality:
· Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
