Role Description
This is a full time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant to the Founders of HumanAlpha. The Executive Assistant will support the CEO through tasks such as managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth daily workflow. Responsibilities also include handling administrative tasks, organizing documents, planning, and executing communication between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support tasks
- Experience managing Expense Reports and creating efficient processes for tracking and reconciliation
- Comprehensive Diary Management skills, including meeting scheduling and calendar optimization
- Strong Administrative Assistance skills with attention to detail and time management
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information discreetly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, communications, or a related field
- Previous experience supporting executives in remote or fast-paced work environments is a plus
