About the RoleWe are looking for an ambitious, highly organized, and execution-focused Executive to the CEO who can help manage operations, coordinate teams, ensure quality control, and support business growth initiatives.
This is not a conventional assistant role.
You will work directly with the founder, oversee creative and operational workflows, manage team accountability, participate in outreach activities, and gradually evolve into a leadership position within the company.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into operations, business leadership, client management, or agency management.
ResponsibilitiesTeam & Operations Management
- Coordinate with:
- Video editors
- Graphic designers
- Content team members
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Track project progress and deadlines
- Follow up with team members and maintain accountability
Quality Control
- Review content before delivery
- Ensure work meets agency standards
- Identify errors, delays, or inconsistencies proactively
Outreach & Business Support
- Support outreach activities on:
- LinkedIn
- Instagram
- Facebook
- Assist in lead generation and networking efforts
- Help maintain client communication workflows
Founder Support
- Assist the CEO with operational execution
- Help prioritize tasks and streamline internal systems
- Participate in strategic discussions and execution planning
