Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly competent Executive Assistant to the CEO for our Kolkata office. This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring a professional who can act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, effective time management, and seamless coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
This role demands absolute discretion, strong organizational skills, and proactive ownership, with the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced leadership environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules with high accuracy
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the CEO and internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders
- Prepare and manage meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and follow-ups
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity
- Track action items from leadership meetings and ensure timely closure
- Assist in preparing expense statements, documentation, and administrative reports
- Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, reviews, and visits
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational requirements to enhance executive efficiency
Desired Qualifications & Skills- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Senior EA / Executive Support professional, preferably supporting CXOs
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
- Fluency in Bengali is highly preferred (spoken proficiency is essential for local coordination)
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under tight timelines
- High level of professionalism, maturity, and discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, calendar & scheduling tools
- Prior experience in retail, consumer-facing, or large corporate environments is an advantage
