Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Founder's calendar, priorities, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a thought partner in discussions on strategy, business direction, and key decisions.
- Track and drive strategic initiatives from conception to completion.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
- Prepare briefs, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
- Anticipate needs, identify opportunities, and proactively recommend solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
- 2-3 years Experience in Technical Assistant or Personal Secretary role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Telugu, English and Hindi languages mandatory
