About the Opportunity
We are a proprietary quantitative trading firm operating across global markets—equities, derivatives, and digital assets—where speed, precision, and disciplined execution define outcomes.
This role sits at the core of the organization, working directly with the founder to ensure that ideas translate into structured execution and that the firm operates with clarity, accountability, and momentum always.
This is not a support role. It is an ownership-driven position for individuals who want to build systems, drive execution, and operate at the centre of decision-making.
What You Will Own
· Capture meeting discussions in a structured manner, convert them into clear action items, and define ownership, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure execution.
· Design and refine simple operational processes across teams based on guidance from the founder and inputs from team members, ensuring clarity and repeatability.
· Track tasks, processes, and deliverables across teams, ensuring all work has clear ownership, deadlines, and status updates, identify delays early, and ensure continuity of work even in the founder’s absence.
· Assist in structure of research across diverse digital sources using defined methodologies and support the development and refinement of high-quality written content, including in-depth articles, analytical reports, and whitepapers.
· Support general administrative and operational activities including office logistics, events, and other miscellaneous tasks as required, without affecting core execution responsibilities.
Who This Is For
We are looking for individuals who have already demonstrated the ability to lead, structure, and improve execution environments—and are now looking to operate at a higher level of ownership.
· Must be sharp, presentable, and confident in communication, with strong spoken and written English and ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
· Ability to convert discussions into structured tasks and processes and ensure execution through consistent follow-up.
· Basic familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or task tracking systems.
· Prior experience in operations, project coordination, founder’s office, or similar roles is preferred. Knowledge of company structures and financial markets is a plus.
