Position: Secretary/ Executive Assistant to CEO
Location: Amor Hospitals, Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Secretary to CEO to provide executive and administrative support to the CEO. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and proficiency in management reporting and office tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate effectively with all Department Heads (HODs) for operational follow-ups and information flow.
- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for the CEO.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and maintain records/documentation.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business correspondence.
- Ensure timely tracking and follow-up of action points from management meetings.
- Support the CEO’s office in administrative and coordination activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of ChatGPT/AI tools for productivity and documentation.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
Preference
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
