Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant to the Chairman & Managing Director. The role involves providing executive administrative assistance, managing schedules, preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication on behalf of the executive. Key responsibilities include handling confidential information, overseeing logistical arrangements, maintaining documentation, and serving as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, Executive Support, and managing high-level calendars
- Experience with preparing and monitoring Expense Reports and budgets
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong capabilities in Administrative Assistance and document management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Relevant experience in supporting senior-level executives preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and other workplace software tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
