Key Deliverables of the Role· Drive office support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage Correspondence:
- Manage Chairman's correspondence
- This includes mails and e-mails.
- Compose mails, letters and memoranda in response to queries
- Taking dictations and drafting of mails.
- Managing diary & meetings
- Coordinating and organizing meeting.
- Maintain Travel Tour Plan.
- Travel Management
- Handle travel management
- This includes booking International travel tickets, International hotel booking accommodation, preparing travel itinerary (international and domestic)
- Good understanding of Visa Formalities for countries like (Egypt, Bangladesh, Middle East, South East Asia etc.)
- Do travel, car and guesthouse bookings
- Should be able to manage emergency travel flight and train bookings
- Database Management
- Managing personal and official filing work.
- Maintain and organize data in a soft format for easy and fast retraction.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel/Word/ Power-point
- Drafting of mails independently
- Effective planning and organizing skills
- Knowledge of travel, hotel & restaurant reservations
- Verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to work in demanding conditions and remain calm
- Must be a multi-tasker, who can take on several personal tasks at a time
- Ability to effectively deliver in short turnaround times
