Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, focused on travel, events, and partnership coordination. The Executive Assistant will manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, organize virtual and in-person events, and coordinate travel and logistics. Responsibilities include handling correspondence, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day executive operations. The role will also involve assisting with external communications, managing key stakeholder follow-ups, and supporting partnership activities and special projects. The Executive Assistant will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient workflows and timely execution of the CEO’s priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong executive administrative assistance and executive support skills, with experience managing high-level stakeholders and sensitive information.
- Proficiency in diary management and calendar coordination, including scheduling across time zones and prioritizing meetings.
- Experience preparing and processing expense reports and handling basic budgeting or reimbursement workflows.
- Solid administrative assistance capabilities, including documentation, data entry, correspondence, and organization of digital files.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared calendars, project management platforms) and MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Previous experience supporting C-level leadership, especially in an education, edtech, or startup environment, is an advantage.
