Role Executive Assistant to CEO – Founder’s Office Experience 1–2 Years Location Hyderabad, India Industry D2C / Healthtech / Consumer Devices ROLE SUMMARY We’re looking for a highly organized, sharp, and execution-focused Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO and Founder’s Office. This role goes beyond calendar management. You will act as a strategic execution partner — helping drive priorities, coordinating across teams, supporting finance-related activities, and ensuring operational follow-through across the organization. The ideal candidate should have: Strong business understanding Excellent stakeholder management High ownership mindset Finance/accounting exposure Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (KRAs) Founder’s Office Coordination (Core Ownership) Work closely with the CEO on: Strategic priorities Business reviews Cross-functional execution Internal follow-ups Drive closure on key action items across teams You are responsible for: “Ensuring founder priorities move fast and efficiently.” Calendar, Meetings & Communication Management Manage: CEO calendar Meetings Travel schedules Internal and external communications Prepare: Meeting agendas MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) Follow-up trackers You are responsible for: “Keeping the CEO highly organized and effective.” Business Review & Reporting Create: Dashboards Reports Business summaries Weekly/monthly review trackers Support leadership in decision-making with structured data and insights You are responsible for: “Ensuring data-driven execution and accountability.” Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with: Marketing Operations Finance Legal HR Product & Growth teams Track deliverables and timelines across departments You are responsible for: “Driving alignment and execution across teams.” Process & Operational Excellence Identify gaps in workflows and coordination Build systems, trackers, SOPs, and execution frameworks Improve operational efficiency within the Founder’s Office You are responsible for: “Creating structure in a fast-moving environment.” KPIs (HOW YOU’LL BE MEASURED) Core Metrics Task Closure & Follow-Up Efficiency Calendar & Meeting Management Accuracy Timeliness of Reports & Business Reviews Cross-Functional Coordination Effectiveness Founder Bandwidth Optimization Operational Process Improvements Turnaround Time on Critical Requests Accuracy in Financial & MIS Reporting Requirements WHAT “GOOD” LOOKS LIKE Highly proactive and detail-oriented Strong ownership mindset Excellent communication and coordination skills Comfortable handling confidential information Ability to multitask under pressure Structured thinker with execution focus Strong understanding of business operations and finance Can answer: “What is the current status, blocker, and next step?” WHAT WE DON’T WANT Passive coordinators People who require constant follow-up Poor communication and lack of ownership Candidates uncomfortable with startup pace and ambiguity MUST-HAVE SKILLS Strong communication & stakeholder management Advanced Excel / Google Sheets / PowerPoint Experience with: Business coordination Founder’s Office / EA roles Finance or accounting exposure Strong organizational and execution skills BONUS (BIG PLUS) Experience in: D2C / Startup / Healthtech ecosystem Exposure to: MIS reporting Familiarity with: Productivity & project management tools FINAL NOTE This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with leadership, solving problems proactively, and driving execution in a fast-growing company environment.
