Location : Vikhroli Parksite
Timings : 10am - 7pm

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant with a minimum experience of 3 years to support senior management in handling day-to-day operations, coordination, and business communication. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar management – scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
- Operational coordination across internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Stakeholder management and communication with vendors, partners, and internal teams
- Vendor management and coordination for operational requirements
- Client communication and follow-ups when required
- Preliminary interviews and screening of candidates before final hiring decisions
- Preparing presentations, reports, and business documents
- Managing travel arrangements including bookings and itineraries
- Preparing MIS reports and reporting formats for management review
- Maintaining documentation, meeting minutes, and administrative records
- Providing strategic and administrative support to senior management
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Operations Coordinator
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Professional attitude with strong problem-solving ability
Preferred:
Experience in retail, furnishing, interior, or lifestyle industry will be an added advantage
