Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically inclined Executive Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our sales, business development, and customer engagement activities. This Full-time role involves technical demonstrations, sample testing, client communication, and market outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical product demonstrations for customers
- Test customer samples using our instruments and prepare technical reports
- Communicate results and provide product recommendations to clients
- Identify and develop a database of potential clients
- Perform cold calling, emailing, and follow-ups
- Explain product features, applications, and benefits to customers
- Support in lead generation and order conversion
- Managing online sales and marketing platforms effectively
- Maintain customer communication records
- Assist in exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities as required
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A graduate degree (any background; Technical or Scientific preferred).
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to customers
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication
- Willingness to learn, and work in a technical sales environment
- Knowledge of laboratory instruments or sensors is an advantage
