Role Summary:
The Executive Assistant (Sales) will work directly with the Sales Director to support business development, client communication, sales coordination, and relationship management. The role requires strong communication, ownership, follow-through, and the ability to manage sales processes efficiently from lead engagement to post-sales support.
This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, confident in client interactions, and eager to grow in sales and business management.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination & Calendar Management
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and presentations for the Sales Director.
- Manage calendar priorities and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects and clients.
Client Communication & Follow-Ups
- Handle post-meeting communication with prospects and clients.
- Ensure timely sharing of quotations, proposals, tender documents, presentations, and pricing justifications.
Sales Support Operations
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and online demos.
- Coordinate with internal departments for proposal preparation and execution support and maintain client databases, lead tracking sheets, and sales reports.
After-Sales Relationship Management
- Support clients after closure to ensure smooth communication and service coordination.
- Resolve basic client concerns and escalate issues when required.
Public Relations & Representation
- Represent the Sales Director professionally during meetings and communications.
- Support networking and relationship-building initiatives.
- Travel for client meetings or presentations whenever required.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any stream.
- Experience in sales coordination, client servicing, business development, or executive assistance will be an advantage.
- No of years in experience: 2+ Years

Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the Sales Director.

Salary range (CTC): INR 3.25 Lacs to 4.60 Lacs Per annum (CTC)
Growth path: Sales Manager / Key Account Manager
Working days & timings: Monday to Saturday (10.00 A.M to 6.00 PM)
