Job Title: Executive Assistant (Real Estate & Mortgage Operations)
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Real Estate and Mortgage Operations. This role requires someone who can manage multiple responsibilities, coordinate across teams, and ensure smooth end-to-end business operations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Loan Coordination
- Collaborate with processors to ensure smooth loan progression
- Track loan status and follow up regularly to avoid delays
- Coordinate and manage new loan leads, ensuring proper stage movement
2. Real Estate Operations
- Assist in preparing and submitting real estate offers
- Manage and coordinate ongoing real estate transactions
- Ensure timely updates and documentation across deals in the pipeline
3. Marketing Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for the marketing agency
- Monitor campaign progress and ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Manage incoming leads and update them in CRM systems
- Follow up with leads to drive engagement and conversions
4. Digital Marketing & Content Support
- Schedule and manage social media posts
- Assist in editing videos and images for marketing campaigns
- Plan and execute ad scheduling
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across platforms
5. Licensing & Compliance Support
- Coordinate with the licensing team for documentation and approvals
- Assist in completing broker approval forms and related paperwork
6. End-to-End Business Coordination
- Oversee operational workflows across departments
- Ensure seamless communication between stakeholders
- Keep leadership informed about progress, challenges, and requirements
- Take ownership of tasks and proactively resolve issues
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Experience: Exposure to US Real Estate, Mortgage, or BPO operations preferred
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Communication: Strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Soft Skills:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proactive, self-driven, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
