Job Summary
HOG Digital is looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Project Manager Assistant to support daily operations and project coordination in the social media advertising department. The candidate will assist in managing client projects, coordinating with creative teams, tracking project progress, and ensuring timely delivery of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in handling daily project activities
- Coordinate with social media, design, video editing, and marketing teams
- Track project timelines and ensure task completion
- Communicate with clients regarding project updates and requirements
- Maintain project documents, reports, and meeting notes
- Monitor social media campaign progress and performance
- Help in planning content schedules and campaign execution
- Ensure smooth workflow between departments
- Follow up with team members for pending tasks
- Prepare daily and weekly status reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and project management tools
- Ability to work under deadlines
