Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Executive Assistant who can support executive leadership in managing schedules, projects, meetings, reports, and business analysis. This role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, excellent communication, time management, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders.
This position is not limited to administrative work; the candidate will also support project tracking, data analysis, business presentations, and executive decision support.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support
- Manage executive calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and documents
- Take meeting minutes and maintain action trackers
- Follow up with team members on tasks and deadlines
- Draft professional emails and communications
- Organize documents, reports, and business files
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and events
Project Management & Coordination
- Track multiple projects and maintain project trackers
- Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and responsibilities
- Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Prepare weekly project status reports
- Identify delays, risks, and issues and escalate when needed
- Maintain task and priority dashboards
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze data using Excel and create reports and dashboards
- Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports
- Create management presentations using PowerPoint
- Summarize data and provide insights for decision making
- Convert raw data into charts, dashboards, and presentations
Meeting & Time Management
- Schedule and facilitate meetings
- Prepare agendas before meetings
- Record minutes and action items
- Track completion of action items
- Ensure executive time is effectively managed
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Charts, Data Analysis)
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Project tracking and coordination experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Professional email writing and documentation skills
- High level of ownership and follow-up discipline
Preferred Skills
- Power BI or data visualization tools
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Notion)
- Business analysis or reporting experience
- Experience supporting senior executives or founders

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Finance, or related field
- 2–5 years experience as Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator / Business Analyst / Operations Coordinator
- Freshers with excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills may also apply
