Executive Assistant & Personal Brand Manager to the CEO

ABOUT THE ROLE
Position supporting the CEO across K–12 education (Admissions & Marketing), EdTech (JEE/NEET integrated programs), and real estate development (industrial, commercial, and residential projects) within a lean, execution-driven setup.

• Reports directly to the CEO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execution & Coordination
• Coordinate across education, EdTech, real estate, and vendor networks.
• Manage procurement and vendor negotiations with focus on cost and timelines.
• Maintain trackers for timelines, budgets, and task status.
• Track decisions, priorities, and commitments.
• Drive follow-ups to ensure closure.
• Manage the CEO’s schedule and time allocation.
• Prepare concise inputs for decisions.
• Monitor progress and resolve gaps.
• Coordinate with legal and external parties.
• Plan and manage travel, meetings, and logistics.
• Maintain organized records of key documents.
• Handle confidential matters.

Personal Brand & PR
• Manage the CEO’s public positioning and digital presence.
• Coordinate media, podcasts, and speaking engagements.
• Support content planning and execution.
• Track awards, recognitions, and collaborations.

WHO YOU ARE
• 30–40 years preferred.
• Background in founder / CXO / HNI environments.
• Strong communication in English & Hindi.
• Organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable with numbers and structured tracking.
• Digitally proficient.
• Calm, disciplined, and execution-focused.
• Strong integrity — responsible, unbiased, honest, and trustworthy, with a stable work record; candidates with frequent job changes will not be considered.
• Able to work in a direct, expectation-driven setup.
