Role: Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant
Role Overview
We’re hiring an EA/PA to support day-to-day operations, manage schedules, and ensure smooth coordination across tasks. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and dependable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Handle emails, correspondence, and follow-ups
- Coordinate travel, bookings, and logistics
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and admin tasks
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Support ad-hoc tasks and priorities as they arise
Requirements
- Previous experience as an EA/PA or similar role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of reliability and discretion
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace / MS Office
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting senior leadership
- Basic understanding of business operations or marketing
