๐ฏ Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager who will act as a key operational support to leadership while managing accounts, expenses, HR coordination, and overall office administration.
๐ Ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to learn and grow in operations, finance, and HR functions.
๐งพ Key Responsibilities
๐ผ Executive Support
Manage leadership calendar, meetings, scheduling, and travel coordination
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
Track tasks, follow-ups, and ensure timely execution
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, partners, consultants)
Maintain confidentiality and professional communication at all times
๐ฐ Accounts & Expense Management
Track daily expenses, invoices, and payments
Maintain financial records and documentation in an organized manner
Coordinate with CA/accountant for GST filings and compliance
Support vendor payments, billing, and basic cash flow tracking
Ensure proper documentation for audits and financial discipline
๐ฅ HR & People Operations
Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding, and exit processes
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Coordinate payroll inputs with external consultants
Support HR policies, documentation, and employee engagement activities
๐ข General Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
Handle office supplies, vendor coordination, and utilities
Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure
Support internal meetings, events, and coordination
๐ ๏ธ Skills Required
Strong organizational and multitasking ability
Basic understanding of accounts, expenses, and administration
Interest in HR and business operations
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets)
Good communication and coordination skills
High level of integrity, discretion, and willingness to learn
๐ Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred)
Freshers with strong interest in operations, accounts, or HR are encouraged to apply
Basic computer knowledge and attention to detail required
