Executive Assistant – MD
The Executive Assistant to the Managing Director will act as a strategic partner and trusted confidante to the MD, providing high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, business acumen, discretion, analytical bent of mind and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities across multiple business verticals including real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and education.
He will ensure the smooth functioning of the MD’s office, facilitate effective decision-making, and coordinate with senior leadership, external stakeholders, investors, and government authorities.

💼 Experience: 5 –12 Years
🎓 Education: MBA (Finance) from Institute of repute, CA, ICWA
🏢 Industry Preference: Real Estate / Construction / Infrastructure
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
• Manage and coordinate the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
• Prioritize and manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, briefing notes, and minutes for internal and external meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Strategic Coordination
• Work closely with the MD on strategic initiatives across real estate, healthcare, hospitality, and education businesses.
• Track key projects and ensure timely follow-ups with respective business heads.
• Monitor progress on strategic decisions and provide periodic updates to the MD.
3. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
• Coordinate with senior leadership, investors, government officials, consultants, and industry partners.
• Represent the MD’s office professionally in interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with key partners, vendors, and advisors.
4. Business & Project Monitoring
• Track multiple business verticals and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
• Compile and analyse management reports, MIS, and performance data for review by the MD.
• Support the MD in monitoring project timelines, business developments, and expansion plans.
5. Meeting & Event Management
• Organize board meetings, strategy meetings, leadership reviews, and investor meetings.
• Coordinate logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions.
• Assist in planning corporate events, industry conferences, and high-level meetings.
• Lead the inter departmental review meetings.
6. Confidential & Sensitive Matters
• Handle highly confidential information with absolute discretion.
• Maintain records, agreements, and important documentation related to the MD’s office.
7. Travel & Logistics
• Manage domestic and international travel arrangements including itineraries, accommodations, and meeting schedules.
• Prepare travel briefings and relevant documentation for business visits.
