Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business and functional leaders to support the effective delivery of HR initiatives across the zone/assigned functions. The role focuses on aligning people practices with business priorities, enabling employee engagement, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR processes and policies.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to understand people requirements and support execution of HR initiatives.
- Facilitate implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs across the assigned geography/functions.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning in coordination with central teams.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help drive a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters and support resolution of queries/issues.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance frameworks, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in performance management cycles, learning initiatives, and career development efforts.
- Support communication and rollout of HR programs and organizational initiatives.
- Maintain HR data, reports, and trackers with accuracy and timeliness.
Education & Skills required
- 2–3 years of experience in HR with exposure to generalist/HRBP roles
- Master’s degree in human resources / MSW from a reputed institute
- Telugu proficiency is a must
