Job Description
Position Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with business and functional leaders to support the effective delivery of HR initiatives across the zone/assigned functions. The role focuses on aligning people practices with business priorities, enabling employee engagement, and ensuring smooth implementation of HR processes and policies.
Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders to understand people requirements and support execution of HR initiatives.Facilitate implementation of HR policies, processes, and programs across the assigned geography/functions.Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning in coordination with central teams.Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help drive a positive work environment.Provide guidance on employee relations matters and support resolution of queries/issues.Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance frameworks, and statutory requirements.Assist in performance management cycles, learning initiatives, and career development efforts.Support communication and rollout of HR programs and organizational initiatives.Maintain HR data, reports, and trackers with accuracy and timeliness.
Education & Skills Required
2–3 years of experience in HR with exposure to generalist/HRBP rolesMaster’s degree in human resources / MSW from a reputed instituteTelugu proficiency is a must
