Mail:- info@naukripay.com Executive Assistant (EA) acts as the right hand to senior leadership, providing high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support. EAs manage complex calendars, coordinate communications, handle travel logistics, and act as gatekeepers to ensure executives can focus on high-priority business decisions.Core ResponsibilitiesCalendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones, manage complex daily itineraries, and resolve scheduling conflicts.Travel Coordination: Plan domestic and international travel, including flights, hotel bookings, transportation, and visa processing.Gatekeeping & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the executive, clients, and internal staff. Screen emails, answer calls, and prioritize urgent inquiries.Reporting & Administration: Draft correspondence, prepare and format presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote), and compile reports or expense claims.Special Projects: Assist with strategic tasks, organize board meetings, conduct research, or plan corporate events and off-sites.Confidentiality: Handle highly sensitive corporate and personal information with absolute discretion and professionalism.Key Skills & QualificationsOrganization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and adapt to changing environments.Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Tech Proficiency: Mastery of office productivity suites (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) and virtual meeting tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams).Problem-Solving: Proactive thinking to anticipate executive needs and resolve logistical issues before they arise.Experience: Typically requires a bachelor's degree alongside several years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior management.
