Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant Intern for the Founder’s Office. You will work closely with the founders on recruitment, day-to-day coordination, and light product and growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who wants a front-row view of how an early-stage startup is built and managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment: sourcing profiles, scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining basic hiring trackers.
- Coordinate and follow up with team members on day-to-day tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
- Test the app, track basic metrics, and share observations on user journeys, bugs, and new feature ideas.
- Research and analyse app and market trends in quick commerce and related verticals, and summarise insights for the founders.
- Support brainstorming and execution of new ideas/verticals (e.g., new categories, partnerships, basic competitor research).
- Coordinate with marketing for content calendars, campaign follow-ups, and simple reporting (what worked/what didn’t).
- Handle general founder support tasks: meeting notes, simple documents/presentations, follow-up emails/messages.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and comfort coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Good organisational skills with a bias for follow-through and closing the loop.
- Comfortable working with basic tools: Google Docs/Sheets, Slides, WhatsApp/Slack, email, and basic tracking sheets.
- Curiosity about startups, consumer apps, marketing, and product growth.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively remind/push for closures.
Preferred Background
- Students in their 2nd/3rd/4th year of undergraduate studies in business, management, economics, commerce, engineering, or similar, or recent graduates looking for hands-on startup experience.
- Prior experience in college leadership roles (fest committees, clubs, placement cell) or internships in operations, HR, marketing, or founder’s office-type roles is a plus, not mandatory.

- Location: Remote / Hybrid
- Commitment: About 2 hrs daily
